Scott Places Sixth in the 100

Sophomore Rya Scott placed sixth at in the 1A 100 meter dash at the State Track and Field Championships Saturday. Thursday Scott had the sixth fastest qualifying time in the preliminary round. The top eight advanced to the finals on Saturday. Rya’s time in finals Saturday was 13.13 seconds. The sixth place finish earned Hillcrest three team points.
