Upcoming Events (4th-8th graders)

Kids Night | Tuesday, December 17- Cheer on the Hillcrest Ravens as they take on WACO Warriors. JV girls start at 4:00 p.m. followed by jv boys, varsity girls and boys. 4th-8th graders get in free with their passes. Prize table will be set up in the foyer from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Goodies for kids all ages. 4th-8th graders will draw for larger prizes. 

Open Gym | January 19 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., 4th-8th graders will participate in activities including: basketball, volleyball, matball, dodgeball, etc. Beau Risley (our p.e. teacher) will head up these events. Please bring a water bottle and wear clean running shoes. Sign up here to join the fun!

Winter Visit Day | Monday, January 20 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., prospective students in 6th -11th grade are welcome to visit Hillcrest Academy for the day. 6th-8th graders will shadow a student a grade above them and 9th-11th will follow a student in their grade. See what it’s like to be a student at Hillcrest! Lunch will be provided. Sign up here by January 16! Incoming 6th graders will have a special visit day in the spring.

Open House on Thursday, January 23 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Prospective students and families can enjoy school tours at 7:00 and 7:30, or come and go as they please. Meet our amazing middle and high school teachers and chat with the administration about the ESA, 504s, and any other school-related questions. Grab a treat to eat at anytime.
